Ingredients:

4 lbs baby marrows

2 eggs
-
1 cup milk
-
1 cup cream
-
¾ cup sugar
-
½ cup cake flour
-
2 t.spoons baking powder

½ t. spoon salt

cinnamon sugar
Instruction:

Slice baby marrow and cook in salted water until just tender. Drain.

Grease a shallow 10 cup ovenproof dish and place the baby marrow in it.

Beat the eggs, milk cream, sugar, baking powder and salt together well to form a smooth batter.

Pour the batter over the baby marrows.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 deg. F. until cooked. Serve hot.
