Main ingredient: olive oil
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fruity olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
[Note: can definitely lighten this up.]
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients well but olive oil. Then slowly blend or whisk in the olive oil to emulsify. serve these with any of your favourite dish. This is no a regular dish but enhance the value of the dishes you baked and serve in front of your guest. Mostly it is served with white fish or chicken.
