Ingredients:

2oz Butter

1 Large onion

1 Green pepper

1 Red pepper
-
1 Tablespoon chili powder

½ Teaspoon salt

2 Teaspoons paprika

1lb. Minced beef
-
½ Pint tomato pulp
-
1 Tin cooked haricot beans

1 Cup water
Instruction:
-
Heat the butter in a saucepan.

Chop the onion and pepper.

Cook in the butter until just tender, and then add the other ingredients, including the chili powder.

Bring to the boil, stirring with a fork to separate the minced beef and prevent it from forming clumps.

Lower the heat and cook gently for about 55 minutes.

Stir half-way during cooking and add more water if necessary.
