Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
¾ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour milk
½ cup melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
Instruction:
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Beat in the sour milk, butter and vanilla and stir until smooth.
Pour into a greased cake tin and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes.
