Chocolate Fruit Cake

Ingredients:


Instruction:

  1. Boil the cocoa and water until thick and allow to cool.

  2. Soften the butter and cream in the sugar.

  3. Beat in the beaten egg yolks.

  4. Add the cold cocoa mixture.

  5. Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, fruit and lightly beaten egg whites.

  6. Bake in a round cake tin for about 1 ¼ hour at 325°F
