Ingredients:

4 tablespoons cocoa

½ cup black coffee

1/3 cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs separated and beaten separately

1 ¾ cup flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup glazed fruit

1/3 cup raisins
-
1/3 cup nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla
Instruction:

Boil the cocoa and water until thick and allow to cool.

Soften the butter and cream in the sugar.

Beat in the beaten egg yolks.

Add the cold cocoa mixture.

Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, fruit and lightly beaten egg whites.

Bake in a round cake tin for about 1 ¼ hour at 325°F
