For Lamb:
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 ketchup
For Beef:
1/3 ketchup
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
Plus:
Olive oil
Vinegar
Lawry's salt
Pepper
Lots of fresh chopped garlic
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients well but olive oil. Then slowly blend or whisk in the olive oil to emulsify. serve these with any of your favourite dish. This is no a regular dish but enhance the value of the dishes you baked and serve in front of your guest. Mostly it is served with Lamb Or Beef.
