Ingredients:

1 cup cooked pumpkin

1 T.spoon butter

½ t.spoon salt

¼ t.spoon pepper

yolk of 1 egg
Instruction:

Bake or steam the pumpkin, pass through a sieve, add butter, salt, pepper, and egg yolk.

Form into croquettes and fry in deep oil.
