Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
1/3 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa
1 cup thick sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instruction:
Sift together the first four ingredients.
Mix the sour cream and sugar, add the melted butter.
Fold the dry ingredients into this mixture.
Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add the vanilla.
Put into a greased baking tin.
Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, or in two tins of about 8 inches for about 35 minutes.
