Ingredients:

1 Small onion

A little oil

1lb. Minced beef

2 Large tomatoes, skinned and chopped

½ Teaspoon cayenne pepper

¾ Teaspoon salt

1 Can condensed bean and bacon soup

1 Red pepper chopped

1 Teaspoon chili powder
Instruction:

Fry onion and red pepper in oil until tender and lightly browned.

Stir in the meat and stir lightly with a fork until all the minced pieces are separated.

Add tomatoes and seasoning, including the chili powder.

Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the soup and heat gently for a further 15 minutes.

Serve with toast triangles.
